Shred 6 oz. of a cooked rotisserie chicken. Cut lettuce and chives. Heat tortillas and chicken if desired.
Place chicken in a bowl with Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce and toss with tongs until well-coated.
Sprinkle shredded lettuce on one tortilla. Portion about 2 oz. of the Buffalo chicken on top. Repeat the process with the other 2 tortillas.
Drizzle with additional Buffalo Sauce and Ranch Dressing, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
