Snack smarter with this easy walking taco recipe! Made with Wilde protein chips, seasoned ground beef, crisp veggies, and Primal Kitchen Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce, it delivers 46 grams of flavor-filled protein on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning (we used Siete)
- ½ cup chunky salsa
6 small bags Wilde Himalayan Pink Salt Chips
- 12 oz. Shredded cheddar or taco blend cheese

Primal Kitchen Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce
- 2-3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Sliced black olives or pepperoncini slices, optional
Directions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown for 1-2 minutes. Add taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the meat is thoroughly cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Assemble the tacos: Open a packet of chips. Spoon 1/6 of the mixture into the chip bag on top of the chips. Garnish with 2 oz. shredded cheese, 1 tsp avocado lime sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and black olives or sliced pepperoncini, if desired. Add an extra squeeze of avocado lime sauce on top.
- Repeat with the remaining 5 chip bags. Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
