Avocado oil spray
12 Hawaiian rolls
1 lb. leftover turkey
1 cup cranberry sauce
6 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo

3 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil

1.5 teaspoon Primal Kitchen Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a baking sheet with avocado oil spray.
Slice 12 Hawaiian rolls in half and set the top half aside. Leave the bottom half on the baking sheet.
Layer on leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese, and mayo before placing the top of the rolls back on.
In a separate bowl, mix together avocado oil, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Whisk together until combined. Brush the mixture over the top of the Hawaiian rolls.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. The rolls should easily separate, or you can use a knife to cut out each slider.
