Our no-dairy riff on the popular Korean coffee drink marries the spicy taste of chai tea collagen with coffee flavor and a pillowy whipped topping. Make it in 10 minutes or less with just a handful of easy ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons organic instant coffee powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated monk fruit
- 3 tablespoons ice water
- 1/2 cup water (hot or cold)
-
2 scoops Primal Kitchen Chai Tea Collagen Keto Latte
1/2 cup creamer (we used Nut Pods Toasted Marshmallow)
Directions
Place coffee powder, monk fruit, and ice water in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, or in a large mixing bowl to use with handheld beaters. Mix until it thickens and lightens, and stiff peaks form on the bottom of the beater(s).
For an iced drink: Pour cold water into a serving glass or mug. Add Primal Kitchen Chai Tea Collagen Keto Latte, and mix well to combine. Allow to sit for a few minutes, then whisk again to remove any lumps. Stir in creamer. Spoon the whipped coffee on top, and enjoy.
If you like it hot: Pour hot water into a serving glass or mug. Add Primal Kitchen Chai Tea Collagen Keto Latte and mix well to combine. Stir in creamer. Spoon whipped coffee on top of the drink, and enjoy.

A mashup of a dirty chai latte (chai + coffee) and a toasted marshmallow frappe, this sweet and spiced drink is delicious enough to be a dessert. If you're not familiar with Dalgona coffee, it's a whipped beverage typically made with coffee, creamer, and some kind of sweetener, popularized in South Korea and Macao.
With coconut milk powder and notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg from our Chai Tea Collagen Keto Latte drink mix, this morning pick-me-up has a warmer, spicier flavor than your typical iced latte. This recipe is also customizable for everyone's tastes. We used a dairy-free toasted marshmallow creamer to create the slightly smoky, deliciously sweet topping for our Dalgona coffee, but you can use any flavor of non-dairy creamer you like (or even sub coconut milk or real cream). While typically served cold, the chai base can also be heated up for a soothing winter warmer.
