Ingredients
-
2 cups Brussels sprouts, ends removed and thinly sliced
2 cups carrots, peeled and thinly sliced into coins
-
1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Pure Avocado Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 salmon filets (about 4 oz each)
-
1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Thick & Sticky Honey Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, plus more for serving
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
1/4 cup sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with a light coating of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray.
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts and carrots with avocado oil, then season with salt and pepper to your taste. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space in the center for the salmon.
Place the salmon filets on the baking sheet and brush with Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, making sure each filet is evenly coated.
Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle the sheet pan salmon and vegetables with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Drizzle with more Teriyaki Sauce before serving.

It checks all the “better for you” boxes—simple prep, high-quality ingredients, veggies, omega-3s—with a 30-minute recipe so effortless you can finish your daily word puzzle, do a quick chore, or catch up on social while it bakes.
Now, let’s talk about flavor. The magic of this dish lies in its simplicity: Our delicious Thick & Sticky Honey Teriyaki Sauce adds richness to succulent salmon filets nestled alongside a colorful medley of fresh vegetables. We married the natural sweetness and earthy flavor of carrots with the slight bitterness of Brussels sprouts, but you can also try this recipe with snap peas or broccoli.
Unlike some other teriyaki sauces, our sticky-sweet marinade is made with real honey and without soy, corn syrup, or artificial sweeteners, so you can feel great feeding it to your family (or just enjoying it solo). It also has a perfect teriyaki texture that clings to real food without making savory ingredients taste too sugary. One of our favorite ways to prepare salmon, this simple sheet pan dinner recipe will have you wondering why you ever considered takeout.
