Salmon bowls are always in style, but a bowl similar to this one was a viral sensation! This bowl has everything you crave in an Asian-inspired dinner or lunch: a neutral base, spicy and creamy sauces, earthy avocado, and the sweet-salty-umami flavor trio of salmon with teriyaki sauce.
We swapped out traditional rice and used cauliflower rice to make this dish Primal and keto-friendly, and upgraded the basic mayo to Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil for good fats you love. We also skipped the soy sauce and used no-soy Primal Kitchen Teriyaki Sauce, but you can opt for our new Thick & Sticky Honey Teriyaki if you prefer a sweeter flavor to balance out the spicy sriracha.
