Rotisserie Chicken Tacos with Avocado Lime Sauce

Store-bought rotisserie chicken and bottled Primal Kitchen Avocado Lime Sauce & Dressing make these tacos easy to assemble in minutes. For a Baja-inspired twist, replace the chicken and lettuce with fish and crispy cabbage slaw!
Ingredients
½ rotisserie chicken
8 almond flour tortillas (we used Siete)
4 Tbsp. taco seasoning
2 fresh jalapeños, seeds removed and sliced
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

8 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Lime Sauce & Dressing, for drizzling
Fresh cilantro, to taste
1 lime, optional
Directions
Heat a skillet on medium heat.
Warm tortillas in the oven (or toaster oven) on low heat.
Pull the chicken off the bone and add to hot skillet.
Combine taco seasoning with ¼ cup water and add to skillet. Toss chicken to coat and cook for several minutes until liquid thickens.
Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken mixture, jalapeños, and lettuce. Drizzle with Primal Kitchen Avocado Lime Dressing and top with cilantro. Squeeze lime over the top, if desired. Enjoy!
