Made with canned pumpkin puree and our seasonal Snickerdoodle Collagen, this cozy and comforting coffee recipe is a perfect fall dessert or morning treat. It's easy to make and tastes just like your favorite coffeehouse chain latte—without all the extra corn syrup or cane sugar!
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp. liquid stevia
8 oz. cold brew coffee, already brewed
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients except coffee in a large mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer to whip the ingredients together until the mixture has stiff peaks.
In a large glass filled with ice cubes, pour in the cold brew coffee.
Add half of the whipped pumpkin spice cream on top of the coffee, and save the rest in your fridge for later. Sprinkle a few pinches of ground cinnamon on the cream, and enjoy!
