Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Sliders
May 14, 2021
Succulent, smokey and gently sweet, these sweet potato sliders are an unexpected, mouth-watering addition to your summer recipe repertoire. Set the pulled pork in the slow cooker in the morning for easy, delicious meal prep. The sweet potato “buns” take only 20 minutes to bake in the oven until golden and tender, with just a bit of crisp on the outside.
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Our pulled pork sliders only need 5 ingredients to lock in juicy, BBQ joint-level flavor. Prepare pork shoulder, bone broth, salt, pepper, and Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce to make this Keto-Friendly dish.
Add all the ingredients (except the sauce) to the slow cooker, and set for 10 hours. Empty the excess liquid, then place the meat back into the cooker, and shred using 2 forks. Pour back the reserved liquid, and top with BBQ Sauce, allowing the pork to cook for another 30. For more detailed instructions, follow along in our recipe for Keto Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce.
