Combine pre-cooked chicken breasts with fresh broccoli, melted butter, and our Poppyseed Dressing & Marinade for an easy weeknight meal you can toss together in minutes. Made with real ingredients like avocado oil and apple cider vinegar, this new dressing is deliciously savory, a touch sweet, and perfect for salads, skewers, and one-pot meals.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 bottle Primal Kitchen Poppyseed Dressing
17 grain-free crackers, crushed (we used Simple Mills)
1 stick melted butter
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cut chicken breasts into ½-inch cubes. Place in a cool oven-proof skillet or baking dish.
- Add broccoli florets. Pour the full bottle of poppyseed dressing into the skillet.
- Crush grain-free crackers and sprinkle over the top of the chicken and veggie mixture.
- Melt butter in the microwave and pour over the skillet mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until broccoli is cooked and crackers are browned. Serve and enjoy!
