White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
November 04, 2024
Ring in the holidays and the New Year with this merry and bright peppermint bark! A true Christmas season classic, peppermint bark is traditionally crafted with white or dark chocolate, peppermint flavoring, sugar, and vanilla. We skipped the added sugar and opted for freeze-dried strawberries instead, making this recipe keto-friendly and perfect for anyone concerned about all the unwanted ingredients in store-bought chocolates.
Made with raw cacao butter for richness, cacao nibs for an added irresistible crunch, and Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel for a bit of sweetness and hair, skin, and nail support, this decadent treat is one of the season’s rockstar desserts. For an even more fun and festive treat with a rich cocoa finish, sub in our limited-time Chocolate Peppermint Collagen Peptides Mix.
Crack into pieces for serving after dinner, at parties, or for late nights by the fire! You can also package some homemade bark in treat bags and tie with red and white ribbon for a perfect stocking stuffer or holiday gift.

Ingredients
Directions
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the cacao butter with the freeze-dried strawberries in a pan over low heat.
Once it melts, place the cacao butter in a bowl and combine it with Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel or Chocolate Peppermint Collagen and peppermint oil. (If using the Chocolate Peppermint Collagen, reduce the amount of peppermint oil to ¼-½ tsp.)
Pour the mixture onto the parchment-covered baking sheet. Add the natural red food coloring and swirl the mixture gently.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 5 minutes until cooled. Top with cacao nibs and coconut, if desired. Place back in the fridge and continue chilling for 30 minutes.
Once the mixture is fully set, pull the sheet out and break the bark into pieces for serving. Enjoy!
