A viral sensation, Million Dollar Spaghetti is the Beverly Hills of pasta recipes: rich, luxurious, and totally loaded. Featuring spaghetti noodles, tomato sauce, ground beef or sausage, and copious amounts of cheeses, this layered main dish is what happens when Nonna’s homemade spaghetti & meatballs meets (or should we say “meats”) lasagna.
Our version features the usual meat and cheese paired with Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara made with avocado oil for good fats we love. We also subbed in our delectable Alfredo Sauce for some of the cheese and used Jovial’s einkorn spaghetti, an ancient grain pasta that’s closer to the wheat that our ancestors would have consumed. The result of this gorgeous marriage of savory, herb-infused sauce and sturdy noodles crafted in Italy by expert pasta artisans is a crave-worthy noodle dish that truly tastes like a million bucks!
