How to Thicken Cauliflower Mash:
We used whipped dressing to make our cauliflower mash velvety smooth and creamy. You can also use regular mayo to add a little extra heft if you’re okay with eating eggs. A bit of flour will also do the trick to add extra thickness to mashed cauliflower.
Can You Freeze Cauliflower Mash?
Enjoy this mash long after the holidays are over by freezing it in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Just make sure to just freeze mash without any gravy or garnishes.
How to Reheat Mashed Cauliflower:
The best part of a holiday feast is enjoying the leftovers! For the best consistency and flavor, add just a little bit of your preferred milk to the remaining mash in a baking dish and combine. Cover the dish in foil and toss it in the oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, or until hot.
