When it comes to picnic and potluck sides, coleslaw is a go-to for the carb-conscious crowd. Crisp, creamy, and slightly sweet, it’s a refreshing and light dish that pairs beautifully with any grilled meat. It’s also a winner with every age group, from kiddos fresh from a splash in the backyard pool to moms and dads kicking back on a lounger with sunnies on and a glass of iced tea in hand.
Our take on classic BBQ coleslaw substitutes monk fruit (or your favorite keto sweetener) for the sugars and uses Primal Kitchen Mayo as a binder. Made with avocado oil and Certified Humane, cage-free eggs, our original Mayo gives this coleslaw a classic picnic salad flavor without any corn syrup or cane sugar. It's a win-win for parents and kids! Serve this crunchy slaw atop pulled pork, as a side for turkey sandwiches, or at your next backyard BBQ.
