A beautiful burger doesn’t need much: just ground beef, salt, cheese, a bun, and some condiments if you’re feeling saucy. In this recipe, we let the ground beef shine on its own, then ramp up the flavor with a slice of zesty pepper jack, fresh jalapeños, and some crispy bacon for the perfect salty, savory finish. We cooked our burger in a cast-iron pan over a charcoal grill for ultimate Primal flavor, but you can also prepare your burgers on the stovetop or skip the pan and place a flat griddle over your grill grate. 

The "secret sauce" in this easy-to-make recipe isn’t locked away in a hidden safe somewhere—we simply combined A Tad Sweet Ketchup with our creamy, feisty Chipotle Lime Mayo for an outrageously delicious spread reminiscent of an amped-up Thousand Island.
