All the delicious flavor of the seasonal drink without the guilt! Our copycat version of a Starbucks Iced Peppermint Mocha features our delicious Chocolate Peppermint Collagen for skin, hair, and nail support in every festive sip.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup espresso
- 1 handful of ice

2 scoops Primal Kitchen Chocolate Peppermint Collagen
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- Heavy whipping cream
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 bar dark chocolate, 70-85% cacao
- Crushed candy canes (we used Yum Earth)
Directions
Brew the espresso.
Add 2 scoops of collagen powder and whisk to combine. Set aside to cool.
Place ice into a mug, mason jar, or other festive glass. Pour in cooled collagen-espresso mix.
Top with your milk of choice.
In a small bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract (if desired) until light and frothy.
Top drink with 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream. Finely grate a light dusting of chocolate onto the whipped cream.
Sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Sip and enjoy!
