Directions
Make the Caesar Salad:
Set oven to 400ºF.
Cube the grain-free bread, and cut off any crusts.
Toss the bread cubes in Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil, season with salt and pepper, and set them in the oven on a ungreased baking tray. Cook the bread cubes for around 10-15 minutes, or until they’ve browned slightly and reached the desired crunch.
Clean and dry a Primal Kitchen Mayo jar.
Cut tomatoes, romaine, and kale into bite-sized pieces. Grate the parmesan. Cut the roasted chicken breast into bites (or use shredded chicken).
Add Caesar dressing into the bottom of your Primal Kitchen Mayo jar, or pour it into a separate container for dressing the salad later.
Sprinkle in a little bit of pepper and the flakes of parmesan cheese. Layer in the slices of tomato and roasted chicken breast.
Fill in with a layer of romaine and kale. Finish with a few fresh croutons.
Screw on the lid of the jar. To serve, simply pour the salad out into a bowl and pour dressing on top if you separated it. Enjoy!
Make the Greek Salad:
Clean and dry a Primal Kitchen Mayo jar.
Cut the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, radishes, and feta into thin slices.
Slice the avocado into halves, take out the pit, and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
Create a layer of roasted chicken at the bottom of the jar.
Layer in the following: cucumbers, avocado, feta, olives, bell peppers, radishes, tomatoes, and onions.
Add a couple tablespoons of Primal Kitchen Greek Dressing, and allow it to drizzle down over the veggies and cheese. You can also opt to put your dressing in a separate container and add it later.
Top off the jar with a layer of cauliflower rice or tabbouleh.
Screw on the lid of the jar. To serve, simply pour the salad out into a bowl and pour dressing on top if you separated it. Enjoy!
