A fresh twist on a classic, this easy high-protein lasagna recipe is made with savory Primal Kitchen Sundried Tomato Pasta Sauce and Egglife® Egg White Wraps. Lighter on carbs and high in protein, it's the perfect way to enjoy rich, indulgent lasagna while sticking to your goals.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef

2 jars Primal Kitchen Sundried Tomato Pasta Sauce
1 package Egglife® Original Egg White Wraps
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 16oz block of mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh basil, 5-6 leaves (optional)
Directions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned (about 3-5 minutes, stirring often). Drain any grease, if needed.
- Pour in Primal Kitchen Sundried Tomato Pasta Sauce and mix thoroughly to combine.
In a cast-iron skillet, layer ⅓ of the ground beef mixture on the bottom. Top with three Egglife® Original Egg White Wraps in an even layer.
Spread half of the cottage cheese over the wraps. Add half of the mozzarella slices in an even layer.
Repeat the process, first topping with another ⅓ of the meat mixture, three more egg white wraps, and the remaining cottage cheese and mozzarella slices.
Add the rest of the meat and top with an even layer of shredded mozzarella.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Finish by adding fresh basil leaves (optional) in the last few minutes of cooking. Slice and serve!
