Made with our delicious Vanilla Collagen and a smattering of warm herbs and spices, these easy-bake Gingerbread Cookies are a welcoming treat. We subbed in brown coconut sugar for the typical white stuff and added organic molasses for that signature dark, sweet, and buttery taste that makes gingerbread so mouthwateringly good.
