Made with our flavorful Vanilla Collagen, molasses, and warming spices like ginger and cinnamon, these mouthwatering cookies add festive flavor to any holiday gathering. Bake them with the kids, box up a batch for friends & family, or leave a plate out for your favorite Santa.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons organic coconut brown sugar
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons organic molasses
- Frosting
- Shredded coconut

Directions
Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, quarter the butter and let it come to room temperature. Combine all the ingredients to form a sticky batter-like dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a scoop to portion out around 10-12 cookies.
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes. Allow them to cool. Frost them and sprinkle with shredded coconut flakes before serving, if desired. Enjoy!
