Ingredients
¾ cup finely chopped lettuce
¼ cup diced red onion

1 Tablespoon Primal Kitchen Garlic Aioli
2 slices cheese of choice
1 oz. sliced salami
2 oz. sliced deli turkey
2 tomato slices
Squeeze of lemon juice
¼ cup pepperoncini
1 baguette or sub roll, cut in half
Directions
Start by combining finely chopped lettuce and diced red onion in a small bowl. Toss with Primal Kitchen Balsamic Dressing & Marinade.
Next, cut the baguette in half lengthwise and drizzle Primal Kitchen Olive Oil on each side.
Spread Primal Kitchen Dijon Mustard and Primal Kitchen Garlic Aioli on the top half of the bread and cover with the lettuce mixture. Place cheese slices, salami, turkey, and tomato slices on the bottom half.
Finish with lemon juice and pepperoncini.
