How to Make French Fries in an Air Fryer

  1. Coat fresh or frozen fries in seasoned air fryer spray or avocado oil spray.
  2. Lightly season the fries with salt, and arrange in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Flip the fries over, and fry for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
