Forget adding butter and coconut oil to your coffee. For a surprisingly delicious coffee treat that's frothy and creamy without dairy, try blending egg yolks (yes, eggs!) into your morning joe.

Ingredients
1½ cup brewed coffee
2 pasteurized egg yolks

1 scoop Unflavored Collagen Peptides
Sweetener of choice, to taste

Carefully pour hot coffee into a blender, or use a large mug or jar with an immersion blender.
Crack the eggs into a ramekin or bowl and separate the egg yolks from the whites.
With the blender running on low speed, slowly drop the egg yolks into the liquid. Once blended, add the scoop of collagen peptides.
After a few seconds, add the sweetener (if desired). Continue to blend on low until the coffee becomes frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy.
