With all the high-fiber and protein recipes on social lately, it’s no wonder bean salads have made a comeback. But this isn’t anything like your granny’s sad 3-bean salad side dish that everyone avoided at family picnics. Packed with a medley of fresh veggies, a multitude of beans, chicken, and cheese, our modern twist on dense bean salad is a full meal everyone will enjoy.
Primal Kitchen Italian Dressing is the key ingredient that adds a pop of vibrant flavor and melds all the ingredients together in harmony. It’s made with avocado oil, not seed oils, so you can still enjoy the delicious addition of herbs and spices if you’re going seed-oil-free. While most cheeses will pair beautifully, we suggest trying feta crumbles or goat cheese for a refreshing Mediterranean-style bean salad.
