There are two types of people in this world: those who love vanilla (no worries, we don’t judge) and the ones that prefer the luscious luxury of chocolate. If you’re the latter, the easy indulgence of rich, velvety milk or dark is probably the first thing you reach for whenever you crack open the fridge after a stressful day. And why not? A little bit of cocoa goes a long way to soothe your spirit and awaken your palate with sweet chocolatey goodness.
This easy Ninja CREAMi chocolate ice cream recipe is made with Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel® so you can get that rich taste you love with hair, skin, and nail support to boot. It’s the perfect way to mix up your daily smoothie routine or to cool your body and please your palate on a sticky-hot summer day. To make this ice cream recipe dairy-free, simply swap out the whole milk with your favorite plant-based alternative such as oat milk or coconut milk.
