INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ Cups Poached Chicken Breast (diced into cubes)
  • ½ Cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Onion (Small, diced)
  • 2 tbsp Celery (Small, diced)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix Primal Kitchen Mayo, dijon, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Toss chicken and vegetables with the mixture.
