Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup green onion

1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil

1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Spicy Brown Mustard
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, and green onion.
- Next, add the mayo and mustard to the chicken and gently mix together until the dressing evenly coats all the ingredients.
- Cover the salad and chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Once chilled, serve your chicken salad on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with pickles, beets, and tomatoes, if desired.
