Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

Food mashups are hot right now. So are recipes that use just a handful of ingredients you already have on hand. Hopping on the viral TikTok trend, we created a Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza using one of the humblest pantry staples: a can of chicken breast.
Mixed with egg, cheese, and a few simple spices, then baked, it becomes a crust sturdy enough to pick up. This meaty mashup is layered with lettuce coated in our creamy, no-dairy Caesar Dressing, plus crispy croutons and a sprinkle of parmesan for good measure.
This recipe is super fun to make and eat. It takes the classic Caesar into new territory, giving you the best of salad and pizza in one delicious bite. Take a stab at making it, and we bet it'll be your new favorite lower-carb meal!

Inspired by the viral TikTok recipe, this easy chicken Caesar salad pizza uses canned chicken and egg to make the crust. You get all the handheld joy of a pizza combined with protein and greens. Top this meaty salad-pizza mashup with almond flour croutons or substitute bacon to make it gluten-free.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken, egg, garlic powder, red pepper, and ⅔ cup parmesan in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a dough-like texture.
- Remove the “dough” from the food processor and form it into a large ball. Place the ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten to form a round crust about ¼-½” thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the crust is firm and lightly browned.
- In the meantime, wash, dry, and tear your lettuce into smaller pieces. Place them in a bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
- Remove the chicken crust from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Top with dressed lettuce, croutons, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Slice and enjoy!
