These deliciously crispy bacon-wrapped shrimp skewers are a quick but palate-pleasing appetizer or main dish. Pair them with cauliflower rice or crispy potatoes for a filling meal that will impress even the pickiest dinner guests.
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and tails on
1 package uncured bacon
- 1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ lemon, juiced
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions
Cut the bacon slices into half strips. Pre-cook your bacon in the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Using a basting brush, coat both sides of each shrimp, then wrap with a half-strip of bacon and skewer.
Lay the shrimp on the air fryer tray in a single layer, leaving a small space between each shrimp.
Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes, then turn the shrimp and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp and shrimp are bright in color. Thread several shrimp onto a skewer for easy serving.
