A total crowd-pleaser, these kid-friendly potato nuggets crisp up nice and golden in your handy air fryer. They're also easy enough to make that you'll never settle for those straight-from-the-frozen-bag tater tots again!

4 potatoes

1 tbsp of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
2 Tbsp. of cassava flour
1 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. of garlic powder
2 tsp. of onion powder
2 tsp. of smoked paprika

2 Tbsp. of Primal Kitchen A Tad Sweet Ketchup

Alternate Ingredients:
Directions
Skin potatoes and parboil in a large pot for 7-10 minutes.
Remove potatoes from water and grate with cheese grater into a large bowl.
Add avocado oil, cassava flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika to bowl.
Mix well until potatoes are evenly covered with spice blend.
Rub a little avocado oil onto your hands and form the potato mixture into tater-tot shape.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F, shaking air fryer tray/basket halfway. Continue until all tater tots are crispy.
Dip tots in Primal Kitchen A Tad Sweet Ketchup and enjoy!
