Pat the sirloin steak dry, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Place it in a bowl with avocado oil, and season with salt.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
Spray the steak bites with air fryer oil or avocado oil.
Place the steak bites in the basket and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. As you check, gently shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
Use a meat thermometer on the largest piece to check the steak is cooked (about 145°F for medium).
Serve with BBQ Sauce for dipping, and enjoy!
